SOMETHING BLUE

OBJECTIVE:

Experiment with a laser cutter by designing invitations.

SOLUTION:

I was inspired by the idea of how love transforms over time. It starts off small within your heart, but grows and forms into something entirely new. I drew a heart, which is the center point of the invitations, and built a growing, and connected design. I continued with the idea to create Save the Dates, Thank You’s, RSVP cards, and Welcome to the Wedding programs. The series is called something blue to continue with the fun tradition of a bride needing something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue as a good luck charm for her wedding.
